• In addition to the Tiny House Project (coming soon),   I also offer a "Staging Service".    As a real estate broker and developer, I understand the importance of staging a home to maximize its use of space and potential use of space.

• How does Staging work?  I schedule an appointment to view your home or office space.  We will discuss your desired outcome for the staging and discuss how each room will be staged to maximize desired results.

• Are you selling your home?  Staging is a perfect opportunity to make an outdated home feel current and ready to present to potential buyers to increase potential profit.

• Do you already have a realtor listing your home?  No problem, I love working with other realtors to stage their listings that may have become "stale" and need to be "freshened up".

• Do you need a realtor?  I also list and sell homes, and my staging service comes with listing your home!

• Have you already found your dream home, but do not know how to fit your current furniture into the new home?  No problem!  I love using the furniture you already own and reimaging it in another location!  I also can shop for you, so we can make your new house special and ready to make it a home!

 

• Where is my money going for "Staging" and "Real Estate Commission"?  All of my proceeds are going directly to the infrastructure and development of Stella Rose Tiny House Community!  Thank you for all the support!
