Meet the Developer! 

     Hey! My name is Amy Hutchins and I am the developer of the Stella Rose Tiny House subdivision. I am a licensed SC Real Estate Broker and developer. I have had my SC real estate license for 20 years. My real estate career started in Charleston,SC and I have always appreciated the architecture and the balance of blending the old with the new. When I moved to York county 9 years ago, I noticed the similar architecture that I came to love and appreciate in Charleston. With this project I hope to make the blending of old with the new  a reality. Doing this I intend to keep the charm that made me fall in love with York and Charleston years ago.
